Isocrete K Screed is a semi-dry cementitious screed incorporating proprietary additives to produce an early drying, high strength screed, for which Isocrete provide a 10 year guarantee.
Isocrete Standard K Screed and Heavy Duty K Screed may be bonded, unbonded or floating (for weight saving and thermal or sound insulation) and may be used with proprietary under-floor heating systems.
These screeds can be used in high traffic areas such as airports, shopping centres and hospitals where a high strength (category A) screed is required and especially where thin finishes e.g. vinyl, carpet, wood or resin are to be used.
Isocrete K Screeds can only be laid by a fully trained Isocrete licensee.
Isocrete K Screed has advantages over other screeds in a number of areas.

- Quicker drying (i.e. after curing of 1week 25mm/week)
